Karem Belalcazar, originally from Colombia and now based in New York City, has built a dynamic career spanning modeling, talent management, event production, and brand marketing. With more than 25 years of experience in the fashion and entertainment industries, she has transformed her background as a model into a thriving portfolio of businesses that connect talent, brands, and audiences.

She is the founder of Tandem Management, a modeling and talent agency dedicated to developing emerging faces and placing them in national and international markets. 

Expanding into large-scale activations and live experiences, Karem created KB Artist Group & Luxperity Group, a staffing and event services agencies that provides logistics, labor staffing, VIP hospitality, and creative solutions such as branded materials and print production. The company supports major tours, festivals, and corporate events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to show day.

Karem also works directly as a Guest Services Coordinator and VIP Road Representative, managing tour logistics, VIP programs, and staff training for national music tours. In addition, she serves as a Marketing Event Coordinator for projects in New York City, producing branded activations for global spirits such as Grand Old Parr Scotch and Mezcal Union.
